Shannon is a caring, cursing, forgetful mother of 4 great kids, a student and teacher of yoga, a professional photographer, and a wife to her best friend. She uses yoga as a way to balance both her mental health and her life. Shannon started practicing asana at the age of 13, but it wasn't until she started to really struggle with her suicide attempts in her late teens that dove headfirst into studying yoga as a way to live.   Shannon wrote this all by herself, in third person, because writing about your self is really fucking weird.
